Biography
Bernard is an expert and renowned figure for startup support and innovation ecosystem development in Kenya and globally. Prior to founding AT4D, Bernard co-founded and served as Director of Innovate Now. Bernard holds a bachelor’s degree in business and IT, a master’s in mobile telecommunications and innovation, and certifications in venture capital and GIC IX instructor program firm Stanford University.

Douglas Injugu

Biography
Douglas focuses on Vision 2030 and SDGs, with experience as Senior Advisor at Innovation Norway and Norway Network Lead at Innovate Now, prior to co-founding AT4D. He has expertise in ICT4D, social development, and fintech. Douglas holds certifications from Stanford and Harvard and is a certified public accountant.

Joan is driven by innovation and enterprise development. She managed Innovate Now’s accelerator program and has held roles at Growth Africa, Enablis East Africa, and TechnoServe. Joan holds degrees in Business Administration and Entrepreneurial Leadership.

Biography
Leah is dedicated to inclusivity and mentoring, with experience in accelerator programs and edtech. She co-founded Geekabled business a community dedicated to mentoring disabled tech talent, and has a background in finance, startup acceleration, and content creation. Leah holds a background in New Venture Development from Stanford and business IT from Strathmore University.

Mary Cate excels in storytelling and communications, having worked at Pinnacle Events and the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority. At AT4D, she manages communications and social media, drawing on her background in public relations from Maasai Mara University.

Harry, with experience as a fintech startup founder, focuses on fostering innovation and connecting startups with investors. He previously worked at Innovate Now, specializing in venture capital and investor readiness. Harry has expertise in product management and startup mentorship.
